Ask Tim what he is passionate about, and in addition to a love of piloting his vintage ‘60s Beechcraft Bonanza and riding his Honda Goldwing touring cycle, he will tell you he is passionate about helping his clients. Helping them get just compensation for their injuries. And helping them get back on their feet after unexpected accidents.

Raised in Charleston, Tim took a brief detour to the American Northwest when he enlisted in the Coast Guard and served in the Air & Sea Rescue Division for 6 years—developing what would become a life-long love of flight. After returning to South Carolina, he received a law degree from the University of South Carolina and began a law career that has spanned more than three decades.
Along the way, Tim developed an interest in personal growth and development as a way to help clients dealing with extreme trauma and became certified as a Life Coach. Today he avidly pursues his professional and personal interests from Johns Island, and has made his home on a horse farm there for the past twenty years. Sidelined from the saddle due to injury, some of Tim’s biggest thrills now come from winning complex cases. That’s because Tim is as comfortable in a business suit advocating for his clients as he is in the cockpit of his beloved Bonnie buzzing the beaches and scenic byways of Charleston.
